The awards are organised by Our Media Limited (Company No. 05715415), whose registered office is Eagle House, Bristol BS1 4ST (the “Promoter”).
Voting will be open from 00:00 on 15 September 2025 and close at 23:59 on 15 October 2025. Votes submitted outside this timeframe will not be counted.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, 27 November 2025, and published on the MBUK, Cycling Plus and BikeRadar websites, and in MBUK and Cycling Plus magazines.
This is not a competition; there are no prizes for participants or for any of the shortlisted riders.
Votes can be cast through the MBUK website and Cycling Plus website. The voting pages will present two categories, each featuring the shortlisted riders. Participants can select one rider per category by clicking their preferred option. Votes must be submitted by clicking the photo of the selected rider.
Each person is allowed to vote once per category. Any attempt to manipulate the voting process, such as using automated systems, will result in immediate disqualification.
If technical issues or system failures occur, the Promoter may suspend voting temporarily or implement contingency measures. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost or improperly registered votes due to technical problems.
Winners in each category will be determined solely by the number of public votes received. The editorial teams of MBUK and Cycling Plus magazines will select the Lifetime Achievement Award winners from the shortlists. Public votes will not influence this final decision.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Awards without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise or events beyond its control occur.
By participating in the voting process, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. This includes details on how data will be handled and stored.
