Stashed Products’ ingenious SpaceRail storage system looks like a great way to organise your shed or garage – and we’ve got one to give away in our latest Subs Zone competition, worth over £500!
“How do you safely store more bikes, in less space, while not affecting access?” That was the question Elliot Tanner faced when his family expanded, leaving him in the gut-wrenching position of potentially having to sell some of his bikes. As an engineer, he came up with a neat solution – the SpaceRail, a ceiling-mounted system where the bikes hang from hooks. These can be slid along the titular rail to get them as close as possible to each other, while accommodating different frame shapes and handlebar widths, and allowing easy removal of the bike you want to ride. The system is designed in Wales and 100 per cent manufactured in the UK, right down to the extrusion of the aluminium rails. It can accommodate between one and 12 bikes.
Stashed Products will be rewarding one lucky subscriber with an eight-bike SpaceRail, worth £569.99! Here are the key features:
• Simple to install with basic DIY skills
• Reduces space used by 50 to 70 per cent, by overlapping bikes
• Suitable for all types of bicycle, with tyres up to 3in wide
• Modular and reconfigurable; add more hooks and/or rails to suit your needs
Find out more about the system at www.stashedproducts.co.uk and look out for a review in the mag soon.
